How long are the contracts?
We offer 3-month, 6-month and 12-month agreements. Members on 12-month leases receive complimentary office furnishing. Month-to-month may be available subject to availability.
Is parking available?
There is no on-site parking but UPARK on Pirie Street is a short walk away. The building is well connected to public transport with bus, tram and train all within minutes.
Can I book the boardroom as a non-member?
Yes. The boardroom is available to non-members at $60 per hour. Members receive a discounted rate of $40 per hour. It seats up to 8 people and is equipped with AV and whiteboard.
What is a virtual office?
